The directory of web sources of the specialized, virtual library “Internet library Sub-Saharan Africa” (ilissAfrica), was established as a DFG project between 2007 and 2012, with the support of the VAD. It is operated by the GIGA information Centre in Hamburg and the University of Frankfurt/Main’s Special collections for Africa.
FLiterature (journal articles and books), online documents, and websites on Africa Studies are found in ilissAfrica and under DEVA-Project in the digital archive material of the University of Bayreuth.
